Offering remote counselling in the form of telephone and Zoom video counselling as well as face-to-face sessions based in Leeds City Centre.
Get in touch via email with any questions you may have. I understand how daunting making the first step can be and there will be no obligation to continue if my service isn’t right for you.
You can then decide how many sessions you would like to take and how often sessions will be, this is completely flexible and catered to your requirements.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are charged at £55 per session, couple sessions are £80-£90 per session.

Getting Here
The warm and welcoming room is located in Leeds City Centre, opposite the Grand Theatre and next to Chicos. This can be easily accessible via public transport and by car. Please note this location is not currently accessibility friendly as the room is located on the 2nd floor of the building with only stair access.
Leeds Bus Station is a 7 minute walk away to the room.
Leeds Train Station is a 10 minute walk away to the room.
Car parking available within a short 3 minute walk at Templar Street Car Park.

Is this the first time that you have contacted a counsellor? Do not worry, once you email I will send my working agreement with further details of how my practice work and answer any questions you may have.

If we agree to work together we will arrange an assessment session at a time that suits us both.
We can then discuss a session plan that fits around your lifestyle. Honestly and flexibly are key in how I like to work and I am open to working in the way that best suits you at your pace.
